Description:
This is a mini pot still simulator the professional distillery with copper dome, whisky onion/helmet, chimney and copper condensor.
The function of dome and onion is inside the alembic dome, the vapors come into contact with a cool surface, which causes them to condense back into a liquid form. This liquid then collects in the dome and is channeled out through a spout or valve.
The alembic dome and onion play a crucial role in the distillation process because it helps to separate the volatile components of the liquid from the non-volatile components. The volatile components, which have a lower boiling point, evaporate and rise up into the dome, while the non-volatile components remain in the still.
The chimney has similiar function as the dome but the height of the chimney improve the seperation of the non-volatile components from volatile components.
The 2 of 90C elbow allow the condenser rotate with certain angle to adjust the degree of refulx
