Mini 2-Stage / 5 Inch Millipore Beverage Filter for Beer/Wine/Spirits Making

Description:

This is 2 stage millipore filter used for beer/Wine/Spirits or other beverage products. It has 2 stage of 5 inch size filtration cartridges which you can put 2 size of millipore filter. In general, the first cartridge filter is a coarser filter while the 2nd stage is finner filter. As a default, we supply 5 micron size filter for the coarser one and 0.2 micron for the finner one.

It will perfectly remove the impurities from liquid like yeast or sediment to clarify the beer/wine/spirits or other beverage you want to be filtrated.

The filter run with a self-priming pump with a suction of 1.2 meters and 4 meters head pressure to suck the liquid from tank/vessel and generate pressure in the filtration cartridge to let the filtrated liquid go through the PP filter.

There's a pressure gauge on side of the filter so that you can monitor how is the filtration run with the increasing pressure showed in the gauge. In general, the pressure will increase with the blocking of the filters with the timing, and you need stop filtration and clean the filter if the pressure is too high. Also, there's a small stainless steel dip filter at the inlet of the silicone hose while there's a stainless steel spout at outlet of filter so that you can receive the filtered beverage by a jar or demijohn.

The whole filter is easy to run, just put the inlet hose into the vessel to be filtrated, and put another vessel under the spout of filter to receive beverage filtered. Or you can use a piece of silicone hose to join the spout and lead it to a bigger vessel under the table.
All you need to do is turn on the switch of pump to start.
