This is the larger size of Alembic copper dome for 65L Digiboil or Brewzilla and can make up a pot still kit with Still spirits copper condenser kit. With the bigger size of the dome now you can run the copper pot still on a 65L digiboil boiler or brewzilla.
The dome come with 3" Tri-clover ferrule and a piece of stainless steel 3" plate with 47mm hole in the middle so that it can be attached by the still spirits alembic condensor. The 3" tri-clover ferrule allow you to install other 3" tri-clover fitting like sight glass or pipes to increase the height, or a copper helmet which we sold separately.
The large copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
