This Italy Stytle Stainless Steel/Alloy Press is a good choice if you want to make wine, cider, Honey Mead, Ginger beer or other fruit as well as cheese at home - this multiple-purpose press can help you make different products you need for pressing.
This multi-purpose is made of Stainless steel for the pressing bucket and pressing plate(for 2.3L one), and high quality aluminium alloy for the frame, but both the top pressing plate(for 5.3L press) and bottom supporting plate has been designed with enhance bone so that it will afford maximum pressing pressure without broken. The advantage of the aluminium alloy is it may bent a little bit if the pressure is high, but won't broken directly as other steel, so you can stop pressing when it bent without problem.
The screen bucket may not be fine enough for getting rid of solid material from juice, but you can simply use a muslin cloth inside the bucket.
You can buy a wooden plate which we sell it seperately to enhance the press plate, but it still working well without it.
