This is full copper dome & condenser Kit to build 35L Copper stills which can run both reflux mode or Pot still mode or combined.
Same as other types of modular stills, this still parts consist dephlegmator/short condenser on top of a 2" x 500mm long copper pipe which can fill with copper scrubber to run as reflux still mode, or just leave the pipe hollow and don't run the cooling water for dephlegmator so that this will run as pot still mode.
The copper dome will forces a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design to preserve more flavor congeners during each run.
So no matter you want to run for making neutral spirits or to collect flavour from what you brewed for making whisky/Bourbon/Rum, this still parts will allow you more possibility to make different spirits.
The condenser comes with all water pipes and fittings for cooling water and collection of spirits.
