This elegant 42L little monster Gin distillery is a small-scale distillery for making Gin. From the boiler to copper helmet, it is exactly like a professional Gin distillery, so it is good to run small scale production/trial making different Gin.
This micron distillery made up by a power controlled 2200W 42L round shape boiler with big open gate/sight glass and the heat element was covered by stainless steel sieve on top of heat element. This sieve can prevent the botanical being burned by the heat and the whole boiler can be used for soaking botanicals before you run distillation.
The round shape boiler plays as a dome on top and is connected with a copper helmet. There's 3" Gin basket can put more botanical to enhance flavour.
All fittings and parts are connected with 1.5"/2"/4"triclover clamps including the heat element, so all parts can be easily assembled or dismantled by such triclvoer clamps.
All-in-all, this micron distillery will be a good pilot plant for a Gin distillery, or you can have it at home to run small scale distillation as pro.
