The postposition Gin basket is designed to hold botanicals after 1st Condenser before long condenser to extract flavour from the botanicals.
The advantage of the postposition Gin basket is it will extract more flavour from botanicals rather than only keep part of the flavour after the vapour pass through the short condenser.
And with purified ethanol vapour, it will give more purifier flavour compare with using a botanical before 1st short condenser.
Also with the professional design of the gin basket, it shall make you easy to adjust the botanicals qty in the Gin basket by just open the top lid to take/add botanicals from top.
It is designed to use 2" tri clover clamps to connect it into the still without extra parts, and you still can remove it if you don't want to use it for Gin making.
