New Stillmate 240v/2400W/50L SS 3" x 4 Plate Modular Still Power Controlled

This is full stainless steel 3" modular still with 4 bubble plate dash to make spirits with 50L kettle but with heat elements and power station.

This new version will allow most of home brewers to use their 10amp power supply to run this still without using gas burner. The new version has improved the way for installation of heat element: Instead directly fix the heat element into kettle, now we use the 2" guard kit to fix the elements with a 2" cover plate which can be easily removed from kettle for cleaning or exchange of heat element.

Also, instead of using a temperature controller, now we supply a power station to control the power output to adjust the heating rate for distillation, this will allow you to run the distillation with more precise control.

The 4 of 3" bubble plates with the short condenser allow you to run the still either as a reflux still to make clear spirits, or run as a pot still to gain more flavour from what you brewed. And in practice, you can run the still as 2-in-1 still model which can get relative clearer spirits but still remain flavour.

This still come with is a 50L stainless steel kettle but have a 1/2" BSP tap, a 2" Dial thermometer installed, a 2200W heat element with guard kit which allow you to remove or exchange the heat element easily. Further more, we shall supply a 2000W power station/voltage controller which allow you to ajdust heating rate to fine tunning the distillation.

The kit also comes with a 3" Stainless steel cover plate with 48mm hole and a Silicone Bung & Airlock. These allow you to run the kettle as fermenter if you want. Also, with the 3" cover plate you can attach your Still Spirits T500 condensor or Alcoengine condensor on top of the lid.
