100g pure Juniper Berries for making Gin. You can mix with other botanical like Coriander seeds. Typical usage is about 12g Juniper Berries with 3g Coriander seeds for 1 litre of 43% spirits.
You can use the botanical soak into neutral spirits to extrac flavour, or you can add them in Gin basket when distillation, or you can do both.
