This is high quality 65L Copper pot still mini distillery kit with extended height and 3" Sight glass. It consists of a 65L Digiboil boiler(240v/35000w and Temperature controlled), a 40cm solid copper dome with 3" ferrule, a 3" sight glass with a 3" stainless steel sieve(silicone seal edge), a 300mm 3" to 2" copper chimney, a 135 degree 2" elbow pipe with thermometer fitting, a 400mm 2" long copper condensor and the copper parrot assemble.
To compare with the non-deluxe kit, this one comes with a bigger copper Condensor thus you can run more high water flow as well as distillation speed.

Also this kit comes with a 4000W power station which can allow you to use home 10amp power supply to run the 65L digiboil which has 15 amp plug. So you don't need worry about the power supply to use it, even you can not run the boiler over 2500w output.

With the 3" stainless steel sieve, you can also use the sight glass as a gin basket.

The large copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.
