This is an extract kit to make gluten free beer using 2 x 1.5kg CBW white sorghum cans and Australian grown Galaxy Hops. Similar to OZ Pale ale, but this kit uses more galaxy hops for enhanced flavour and aroma.
This kit is suitable for people who prefer a little more bitterness and hoppy aroma in their beer. Normally the beer comes to about 4.2% ABV if you make 21L, but you can add some dextrose to increase the alcohol %.

2 x 1.5kg CBW Gluten Free Sorghum Syrup
2x 30 g Au Galaxy Hops Pellets
2 x 15g Au Galaxy Hops Pellets
1x Safale US-5 Yeast
1x Whirflock Pellets
1x Beer Fining
To brew this gluten free beer, you need to boil the hops for about 45 minutes. You can reduce this to 30 minutes if you want to lower the bitterness. You can adjust bitterness by adding more hops or increasing boiling time, however this is not recommend as it will produce a thin body profile to the beer.
