65L Stillmate 4 x 2" Crystal Clear Bubble Plate Still

This is 2" x 4 bubble plate Crystal clear modular still with 65L Digi boiler & lid for making moonshine/spirits.

This rig is the ultimate in distilling for those that want one still that can do it all, each plate means each distillation process to refining the spirits as neutral as it can. In principle the more plate you use the more neutral it will be, but it make less sense after 4 still/plate. However, we can supply extra still plate modular/bubble tee to add-on yourself if you want a better setup for more purier spirits.

This still come with is a 40cm heavy-duty stainless steel dome/lid, and it will fit 65L digi boil showed in picture. The 65L digi boiler is made for 240V/15amp/3500W(500w+1000w+2000w) power capacity, thus you have choice to adjust the heating rate by using one of them, or combination of each to suit your needs. In general, you can run full power when pre-heat before start of distillation, while it's better just run about 2000W when distilling your spirits. Too much heat will cause insufficient condensation thus you will get lower quality of spirits.

This still has a short reflux condenser on top of 4 x bubble plates, and has a long condenser as the main pot still condenser. With the 4 of bubble plate the distillation shall run as 4 times of distillation/refining so that you will get more high quality of spirits you want.

The kit come with a 2" screen sieve so that you can put it on top of the boiler and the 2" stainless steel pipe so that you can add botanical inside the pipe to run as a gin basket. or alternatively you can insert the 4 x copper scrubber inside the pipe as catalytic converter to improve the distillation result. Or you can just leave the pipe empty as it is.

The Kit come with tubing for connection of cooling water and water out. All the pipes can push in to fit the condenser with water flow adjustable valve.
