• This is a newly developed 35L copper pot still with an Alembic dome and Lynn Arm & condenser kit used for getting higher quliaty of spirits, especially for whisky making.

  The alembic copper domed top fits new 35L Digi boiler. The large copper surface area of the alembic top acts as a catalyst with the vapour in the still and helps enhance and concentrate the flavours and aromas as well as remove unwanted sulphur compounds. This produces a smoother, richer, sweeter tasting spirit.

• The function of lynn arm is to get well balance between clear spirits and keep flavour as the angle of the lynn arm helps to control the level of reflux that occurs during this process. This 90C Lynn Arm will make the spirits in well balance

  In addition to its role in controlling reflux, the lyne arm can also affect the flavor and aroma of the final product. By adjusting the angle of the lyne arm, distillers can create different flavor profiles and produce a variety of different spirits.
