120L Craft distillery system for making Gin/Whisky and others. This distillery is designed with flexible choice for making pure/netural spirits or just run as pot still by switching the valves in pipes. The boiler will be heated by a 6kw heat element but the heating rate can be controlled by the control cabinet.
With 8 bubble plates you can produce almost the purest natural spirits which can be used for making Gin after being diluted. And you can just run it as a simple pot still in 2nd run by pass the 8 bubble plate. More choice you can try
