This is new generation of 2.3L Stainless steel/Alloy press made for multi purpose press for homebrewer, suitable for fruit, cheese pressing. Made of Stainless Steel for the parts contact fruit. Bucket vollume: 2.3L.
This multi-purpose is made of Stainless steel for the pressing bucket and pressing plate(for 2.3L one), and high quality aluminium alloy for the frame, but both the top pressing plate(for 5.3L press) and bottom supporting plate has been designed with enhance bone so that it will afford maximum pressing pressure without broken. The advantage of the aluminium alloy is it may bent a little bit if the pressure is high, but won't broken directly as other steel, so you can stop pressing when it bent without problem.
