Each sachet makes 1 kilogram of yogurt
1. Half-fill the yogurt jar with cold drinking water. Thoroughly mix in the contents of one sachet. Top up with more cold water. Lid on. Re-shake.
2. Push the baffle inside the yogurt maker down as far as it will go. Pour boiling water into the yogurt maker to the top of the baffle.
3. Place the yogurt jar inside. Put lid on yogurt maker and leave for 8 - 12 hours until set. Take yogurt jar out and store in refrigerator.
