| 1. Add warm water, shake to dissolve. | ||
| 2. Top up with Tequila ( or white rum ). | ||

| Turn juices into ciders and sparkling wines. | ||
| 1. Choose your juice. Start with apple juice or dark grape juice for delicious cider or a sparkling Lambrusco style wine. | ||
| 2. Add yeast to the juice in the bottle and replace the bottle top with Oztop. | ||
| 3. Ferment at room temperature for between 2 and 5 days. The longer you ferment the higher the alcohol content. | ||
| 4. Now put your brew in the fridge for a day and that's it. Enjoy! | ||
