If you want to make your own whisky and Bourbon this kit will be the good choice. You can using the 35L digiboil boiler and the digi-mash kit to brew. The digiboil boiler comes with build-in thermostat thus you can control the brewing temperature easily, while the dig-mash kit comes with stainless steel false bottom and malt pipe to allow you mash the grain inside the malt pipe and take the spend malt out easily.
The full copper dome & condenser Kit allow you to build 35L Copper stills which can run both reflux mode or Pot still mode or combined.
Same as other types of modular stills, this still parts consist dephlegmator/short condenser on top of a 2" x 500mm long copper pipe which can fill with copper scrubber to run as reflux still mode, or just leave the pipe hollow and don't run the cooling water for dephlegmator so that this will run as pot still mode.
The copper dome will forces a pressure drop that helps separate more volatile components. Like the passive reflux, this is a small difference, but it should help achieve better separation, in theory. Batch distillation is somewhat inefficient by design to preserve more flavor congeners during each run.
